2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $35.

  • Standard Rates: For orders under $35, a flat shipping rate is calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your package ships, you can track its progress using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

4. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damaged item and original packaging, then contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check around your delivery area and confirm with neighbors before reaching out to support.
